Our last full day in Bonita we rented a pontoon again. Saw dolphins, enjoyed some good conversation and of course just enjoyed spending time together.

Friendsgiving in Florida #1
We are one super lucky family. For our second year in a row, our friends the Carpenters joined us in Bonita Springs again. And yes, there are plans to go back for a third year. We had a fantastic time shelling, boating, shopping, fishing, eating, playing, watching sunsets, and just generally hanging out. The pictures speak for themselves.

In October, Lily let me know she wanted her room remodeled in our DE house. And boy did she have some specific ideas of what she wanted. So off to work I went buying an egg chair, an new desk, making window cornices and painting walls. I must say it turned out fantastic, but not entirely sure how I so easily got suckered into it.

Lots to do around Halloween here. Of course there is a party at the Peninsula, a Sea Witch festival normally that go rained out, but then Halloween night ended up being perfect weather. All in all another successful Halloween.
